We are located just 10 minutes from Red Deer : 1 hour 10 minutes north of Country Hills Blvd in Calgary : 1 hour 30 minutes south of Gateway Park in Edmonton : in beautiful Central Alberta. |

Here at Li'l Critter Kennels our first priority is raising a healthy puppy that will become a happy member of its new home.

ABOUT US: |
- We are a farm family of 5.
- My husband's family has been farming here in the Red Deer area since 1949.
- We also raise lambs for market and grow grain.
- Our children help us with chores and puppy socialization.
ABOUT OUR KENNEL:

We started raising Beagles and Pugs in 2003 as a hobby. Tracy's grandfather was the "Dog-Man" for his group of hunters in Ontario for many years and she was quite familiar with dogs and animal husbandry.

We received our permit to operate a Kennel Business in 2004 from Red Deer County.
- Our kennel closely follows the recommendations inthe "Canadian Veterinary Medical Association's Code of Practice for Canadian Kennel Operations, second edition, May 2007."
- We utilize both indoor and outdoor pens for our dogs -- the average size of an indoor pen is 96 square feet. The average outdoor run is about 1000 square feet. Many of them just run around the farm yard though when they are let out -- except those that like to chase the sheep!!
- In the winter time, the kennels have heat in the floor.
